These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, workshops,
webinars, courses, and digital products (collectively, "Services") offered by Driessen Financial Education aka The Do-Over ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing any of our Services, you agree to these
Terms.1. Services Provided
We offer financial education content, including live workshops, webinars, pre-recorded courses,
and downloadable materials. Our Services are educational in nature and are designed to provide
general financial literacy information.2. Not Financial Advice
Our Services are for educational purposes only. Nothing provided through our workshops,
courses, webinars, emails, or materials constitutes personalized financial advice, investment
advice, tax advice, or legal advice. We are not registered investment advisers and do not hold a
securities license.
You should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making financial decisions specific to
your situation. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on the general
educational content we provide.3. Purchases and Payments
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for
the total amount of your order.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.4. Refund Policy
Live workshops and webinars: If you are unable to attend a live session, you may request a full
refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be issued thereafter. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.
Recorded courses and digital products (not including workshops or webinars): We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not
satisfied with a digital product, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days,
all sales are final.

All content provided through our Services — including but not limited to video, audio, text,
worksheets, templates, graphics, and course materials — is owned by us and protected by
copyright law. You may not:
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission
• Share login credentials or access to purchased content with others
• Record live sessions without our explicit consent
• Resell, repurpose, or use our materials for commercial purposes
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal license to access purchased content for
your own individual use.6. User Conduct
When participating in our live workshops or community spaces, you agree to:
• Treat other participants and instructors with respect
• Not share other participants' personal or financial information disclosed during sessions
• Not use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Not disrupt or interfere with the experience of other participants
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without a refund.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding specific
financial outcomes, results, or earnings. Individual results depend on many factors beyond our
control, including your personal financial situation, decisions, and actions.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other
harmful components.8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Personal Finance Do-Over and its owner(s) shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your
use of our Services, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or damages resulting
from financial decisions you make.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not
exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sam Driessen and The Personal Finance Do-Over and its owner(s) from
any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use
of our Services or your violation of these Terms.10. Modifications

page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted
